Teacher Gift Ideas

I have put together 12 creative, DIY ideas of teacher gifts your child’s teacher is sure to love.  These ideas would be great gift ideas for teacher appreciation week, the end of the school year, or Christmas.

DIY Glass Teacher Appreciation Magnets

Magnets are a staple in any teacher’s classroom.  I love these adorable glass magnets from Craft Juice for a teacher thank you gift.

DIY Wooden Stamps

Teachers use stamps in their classrooms as recognition for good work.  These DIY cork stamps from Neuerstoff could also be used for art projects.  This is a great DIY teacher appreciation gift that your child could help make.  It could also be used as an in the classroom craft project.

Colorful Letters and Numbers Vase

This flower vase made with colorful magnetic letters and numbers from One Charming Party is a darling gift idea that any teacher would love.  You could use fresh flowers or create your own paper flowers.

Caramel Apple Dip

I shared an easy teacher appreciation gift idea and this caramel apple dip from Event Trender is another simple gift you can make for teacher appreciation.  I love the packaging with the bright coordinating ribbon and raffia.  This would be a great idea for a neighbor gift as well.

DIY Colored Pencil Vase

I think any teacher would love this bright, colorful vase made out of colored pencils from Happy Clippings.  This would be a great addition to their classroom decor.

DIY Magnetic Dry Erase Calendar

Teachers have to be organized.  What better way to help them stay organized than to make a DIY magnetic, dry erase calendar like this one from Infarrantly Creative.

Monogram Personalized Glass Jar

Any gift that is monogrammed and personalized will surely be a favorite.  Pick up some glass jars and add some custom vinyl like these jars I found at My Mix of Six.

Colored Pencil Picture Frame Makeover

I love this darling, colorful picture frame from Oopsie Daisy.  Add an inspirational quote (or your teacher’s favorite quote) and you have a creative and meaningful gift.

Chalkboard Paint Jewelry

Make a necklace or key chain using chalkboard paint.  This necklace from Bride Blu is an easy gift idea for thanking your child’s teacher.

If Teachers Were Flowers, I’d Pick You Printable

This teacher appreciation saying from Landee See Landee Do is very clever.  Add it to some fresh flowers or paper flower bouquet.

DIY Bead Bracelet

These simple bead bracelets from Happy Hour Projects are a great DIY gift you can make to thank your teacher.  Include words that remind you of the teacher.

I’m So Fortunate – Chinese Takeout Box Packaging

The packaging for this teacher gift from Eighteen 25 is super cute.  You could add fortune cookies or their favorite treat.

There are so many clever and creative gift ideas you can make for teacher appreciation gifts.  These ideas would be relatively easy to create.

What is your favorite way to remember teacher’s and let them know how much they are appreciated?  I think even more important than a cute gift, the most memorable and meaningful thing you can do for a teacher is write a handwritten note expressing your gratitude and letting them know how much they are loved.
