One of my coworkers brought this treat into work one day and I was immediately hooked. Come to find out, the recipe comes from a famous bakery in New York. If it comes from New York it’s got to be good! If I were to name this recipe on my own, I would call it “To Die For Banana Pudding” or “Heavenly Banana Pudding”. This recipe isn’t too sweet and perfectly creamy.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 (1 small package) cup vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (12 ounce) box Nilla wafers
- 4 bananas , sliced
Instructions
Blend the water, pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk until will mixed. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream until well incorporated. In a trifle bowl layer wafers, sliced bananas then pudding mixture. Continue until all of the mixture is used up ending with the pudding mixture on top. Crush a handful of Nilla Wafers in a Ziplock bag and sprinkle over the top layer of the pudding. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

I made this for my dad for his birthday instead of a cake and he loved it! Every time I have made this recipe, I walk away with people asking for the recipe.

oh that sounds good, i would make little portions and then eat them all. You know if you ate out of the big bowl you would feel bad about it, not little bowls, that would be awesome.
